Our Story
Berco was founded in 1996, built on a foundation of hard work, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering top-tier beverage equipment service. Like many great businesses, it started small— a family operation working out of a garage, handling repairs for a handful of clients, and relying on long hours and dedication to grow.
From the beginning, Nate DePasquale was part of that journey. As a kid, he rode along on service calls with his stepfather, learning the industry firsthand. After earning a Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida, Nate returned to Berco—not as an executive, but as a technician, learning every aspect of the business from the ground up.
Over the years, Berco expanded, facing its share of challenges and changes. But through it all, Nate remained dedicated to the company’s success, working alongside skilled mentors who taught him both the technical and business sides of the industry. Through smart growth, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing right by customers, Berco evolved into a leading service provider in the Southeastern U.S.
Today, fueled by that same dedication and hard work, Berco continues to grow while staying true to its roots: exceptional service, integrity, and a passion for solving problems.
